Order Cancellation Rights

You may cancel your order within 14 days without providing a reason.

This period begins on the day:

• You receive the product, or

• A third-party (not the carrier) receives the product on your behalf.

To request a cancellation, please notify us through a clear written statement via email.

Upon approval, refunds will be processed within 14 days from the day we receive the returned product. Refunds will be issued to the same payment method used during checkout.

Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

• The product was purchased within the last 14 days

• The product is unused and in original packaging

• All accessories, manuals, labels, and freebies are included

Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted for:

• Customized or personalized products

• Products unsuitable for return due to hygiene or safety reasons (if unsealed after delivery)

• Products that deteriorate or expire rapidly

• Products inseparably mixed with other items after delivery

We reserve the right to deny returns at our sole discretion if conditions are not met.

Returning Products

• Shipping the product back to us

• All return courier charges

• Proper packaging to prevent damage
